There may be waiting time on the phone, especially in the morning/mid-morning and at the beginning of the week. You can always use our callback feature. This way, you retain your place in the queue and will be contacted without having to wait on the phone.
All telephone contact with the healthcare team is recorded, both incoming and outgoing. These recordings are used for documentation purposes and triage. Only a few trusted employees have access to these recordings, which are regularly deleted and stored for a maximum of 6 months.
